1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:
- goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized,
- sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed,
- digital content not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights,
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
