1. Shipping Information
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within Germany and other EU countries.
If you require delivery outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are normally processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
Please note: Shipping and delivery time may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Delivery Time (Estimated)
- Germany: 2–5 working days
- EU Countries: 3–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on:
- delivery country
- package weight and size
- selected shipping method
Any additional customs or import fees (for deliveries outside the EU) must be paid by the customer.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details (if available) so you can follow your shipment.
3. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or visibly opened, please:
- notify the delivery carrier immediately,
- take photos of the packaging and product, and
- contact us as soon as possible.
This does not affect your statutory warranty rights, but it helps us process claims with the shipping carrier.
4. Returns Policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase under EU law — see our separate Right of Withdrawal page for details.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be in original condition,
- include all accessories and packaging (where reasonable), and
- be returned within the applicable withdrawal period.
Items that are custom-made, hygienically sealed and opened, or used beyond normal evaluation may be excluded from return according to legal regulations.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

6. Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
We may withhold the refund until:
- we have received the goods back, or
- you provide proof of return shipment.
7. Exchange or Replacement
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us before returning the product so we can arrange:
- replacement, or
- repair, or
- refund (according to legal warranty rights).
